This is a ridiculous endeavor. The beauty of the internet is the anonymous connections we make with each other. I could be anyone, anything. I can be anyone or anything. Again, the miracle of these modern times.
I grew up at the beach and now live on a farm in Northern Virginia. There's nothing I love more than spending time in nature. When I have the energy, I grow food. When I don't, the beds get weedy and beautiful. We're renovating the house, one room at a time. Our kitchen is now gorgeous and functional; next up is the master bathroom that is most definitely not those things. I DIY when I can, and when I can't, I have a guy.
Because I am disabled, my life is fairly bizarre, and all I have achieved is despite this. I'm a classically-trained musician, and have two degrees in Art History (specializing in art from medieval England, and illuminated manuscripts with an interest in conservation). At the moment, I research independently, but am planning to return to academia for a PhD. I also teach yoga and mindfulness, and am developing a course on mindful decluttering. I am grateful to be able to spend my days in creative pursuit and make a living in such a joyful way.
